What makes Milkhouse Candles different from paraffin candles?
Our candles are crafted using a blend of pure beeswax and natural soy wax grown in the American Midwest. This combination provides a cleaner, longer-lasting burn without the soot and toxins associated with paraffin wax.
How long will my candle burn?
Burn times vary by size: our 22oz Butter Jars typically burn for 120+ hours, while our 5oz Creamery Jars offer approximately 35 hours of fragrance. To maximize burn time, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery via UPS or USPS usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I reuse the glass jars once the candle is finished?
Absolutely! Our glassware is designed to be repurposed. Once the wax is gone, simply wash the jar with warm, soapy water to use it as a storage container, planter, or decorative piece.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
