At Milkhouse Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unlit products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unlit candles in their original packaging, ensuring there is sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
